How much does a web site cost?

There are quite a few factors that will affect the cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if you are going to sell product, the type of graphic work and how interactive your web site will be. You will also need web hosting and domain name registration.

What does the term 'SEO' mean?

SEO or Search Engine Optimization is the process of making sure a web site is ready to be listed in search engines. Your page content and text are crucial as are hidden code within your site called meta-tags. Search engine 'spiders' or 'crawlers' regularly visit your web site and read your page code and content as well as determine how many incoming links your site has. This is how the engine determines how important your site is and how highly you should be ranked for your selected keywords. Your site must be optimized and periodically updated for higher rankings.

What is the first step in designing my new web site?

After we receive your signed copy of our proposal and your deposit, AgriDesigns will begin creating your custom design. The layout is built using your logo, color scheme and any other preferences you might have. You will receive an image mock-up of your layout and with your approval and/or changes we will continue to design the remainder of the site.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit of 50% of the total web design cost is due before any work can be completed. The remaining 50% is due within 15 days of the completion of your web site.

Can I see how many visitors I have had on my web site?

Yes, we provide web tracking software which records how many visitors your site is getting, which pages are getting viewed the most, which search engines are being used and which keywords are being used in the search engines to find your site.
